Sunriver Estates

Sunriver's homes are located off of Coloma Rd. and Sunrise blvd. The neighborhoods homes border the beautiful American River as well as the American River bike trail. This neighborhood is a well established community that has no new developments. It is a wonderful place to start a family or just enjoy the winding down years as some call it. It is almost centrally located in the city of Rancho Cordova and within a short drive of schools, gyms, parks, grocery stores, and recreational centers.
